Rhubarb Square:

1 1/2 cups Flour

3/4 cups Butter

1       tsp.  Baking Powder

1       Egg

1/4 tsp. Salt

1       tblsp. Milk

3       cups Chopped Rhubarb

6       oz. Box of Strawberry Jello

1/4  cup Butter

1       cup Sugar

1/2  cup Flour

Mix together well flour, butter, baking powder, egg, salt and milk. Sprinkle on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix chopped rhubarb and Jello powder and spread on bottom crust. Mix butter, sugar and flour. Crumble on top of entire cake. Bake 375' F. oven for 45 minutes. Yield 24 to 30 bars.
