1 POUND LIVER
SALTED WATER (NORMAL SALTED WATER, PLUS 50% MORE AGAIN)
- Bring salted water to a boil.
- Place liver into water, leave until cooked through.
- Take out and dry with paper towel.
- Line cookie sheet with foil and place liver on it. Apply garlic salt.
- Bake at 350, turning once and garlic salting the other side.
- Bake until dry but not brittle. It should split like a pink eraser.
Cut into small pellet size pieces, and store in freezer.
